Woluoluo is proud to offer free shipping on all products.

If you place your order before 1:30 PM (Monday to Friday), your order will be processed and shipped promptly. Once shipped, your package will arrive within 7–14 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive both an email and an SMS notification.

These notifications will confirm that your order is on its way and will include a tracking number so you can follow the delivery progress.

You will also receive another email or SMS when your order has been delivered.

If you receive a delivery confirmation but have not actually received your order, please contact our dedicated Customer Service Team via email, chat, or phone for assistance.

We are committed to creating durable products and carefully packaging them to prevent damage. Our packaging is rigorously tested to ensure it can withstand the shipping process.

If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

1. Take photos of the damaged item.
2. Keep the original packaging.
3. Once your return is approved by Woluoluo Customer Service, securely repack the item.
4. Attach the shipping label provided by Woluoluo via email.
5. Drop off the package at your nearest FedEx location.
