If you are not satisfied with your Woluoluo product, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it.
Please note that our return policy does not cover damages caused by improper use or accidents.
Due to the size and weight of Woluoluo products, shipping fees paid to receive your order are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund and may vary depending on your location.
Once Woluoluo receives the returned product, a full refund (minus applicable fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
If the returned product is damaged or missing parts, an additional restocking fee may apply.
All products must be returned in their original packaging.
This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from Woluoluo via our website or phone orders.
Although we take every precaution to prevent damage, it can occasionally occur.
All visible shipping damages must be noted on the delivery slip before signing for any package or shipment.
Any shipping damage must be reported to Woluoluo within 72 hours of receiving your order so we can process a complete claim.
If you report within 72 hours, Woluoluo will arrange for repair or replacement of the damaged product at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Claims for shipping damage reported after 72 hours may not be eligible for full compensation.
In such cases, Woluoluo will do its best to assist with repair or replacement, but shipping and repair fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
Woluoluo reserves the right to assess repair or restocking fees where applicable; however, obvious shipping damages will not incur restocking charges.
